Expert Consensus on Exercise Rehabilitation Management for Patients after Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Implantation
摘要
Abstract
With the aging of the population and increasing incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases,the number of patients undergoing cardiac implantable electronic device(CIED)implantation continues to rise.Currently,there is still significant controversy among domestic and international scholars regarding the duration,methods,and intensity of exercise rehabilitation for patients after CIED implantation.In China,there remains a lack of unified standards and guidelines for rehabilitation guidance at various levels of healthcare institutions.This article is revised based on extensive literature review and evidence-based synthesis and expert consultation recommendations,primarily introduces pre-exercise rehabilitation education and assessment,exercise rehabilitation plans and implementation,as well as exercise rehabilitation outcome evaluation and discharge guidance for patients after CIED implantation.The aim is to provide standardized and scientific reference for exercise rehabilitation of patients after CIED implantation in clinical practice,thereby promoting the development of exercise rehabilitation for patients after CIED implantation in China and improving the patients'quality of life.关键词
