槲皮素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的药理作用及机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Pharmacological Effects and Mechanisms of Quercetin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation and chronic inflammation,with no clinically available treatments capable of reversing the pathological damage.Quercetin,a natural flavonoid compound,exhibits multiple pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,regulation of cellular homeostasis,and improvement of airway remodeling.This article systematically reviews the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of quercetin in the treatment of COPD,summarizes its synergistic effects in traditional Chinese herbal formulations,and highlights recent advances in the clinical translation of nanodelivery systems.The findings suggest that quercetin holds multi-target therapeutic potential for COPD.At present,the clinical application remains limited by poor solubility,low bioavailability,and insufficient stability.Future efforts should focus on structural modification,drug delivery system optimization,and multi-omics validation to advance its transformation into precision therapeutic strategies.关键词
