心搏骤停患者院前急救心肺复苏效果的影响因素研究
Influencing Factors of Effectiveness of Pre-hospital Emergency Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Patients with Cardiac Arrest

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in patients with cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 278 patients with cardiac arrest admitted to Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2019 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected.The clinical data of the patients were collected,the patients were divided into successful group(n=56)and failed group(n=222)according to the effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency CPR.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency CPR in patients with cardiac arrest.Results There were significant differences in the causes of cardiac arrest,initial monitoring the heart rhythm,adrenaline dosage,emergency response time,advanced airway opening mode,and CPR duration between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that initial monitoring the heart rhythm[OR=0.293,95%CI(0.121-0.709)],adrenaline dosage[OR=0.409,95%CI(0.195-0.855)],emergency response time[OR=3.995,95%CI(1.444-11.048)],advanced airway opening mode[OR=0.309,95%CI(0.113-0.844)],CPR duration[OR=2.659,95%CI(1.409-5.018)]were independent influencing factors of effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency CPR in patients with cardiac arrest(P<0.05).Conclusion Initial monitoring the heart rhythm,adrenaline dosage,emergency response time,advanced airway opening mode,CPR duration are independent influencing factors of effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency CPR in patients with cardiac arrest.关键词
