Research on the Influencing Mechanism of BIM Usage Willingness of Employees in Engineering Cost Consulting Enterprises

Abstract
In the era of"digital architecture",engineering cost consulting enterprises are facing an important opportunity period of digital transformation.Stimulating employees' creativity and improving their technical strength and service quality are the key to their sustainable development.Aiming at the issues of digital transformation in the engineering cost consulting industry,it is necessary to study the influence mechanism of employees' willingness to use BIM technology.A theoretical model was con-structed based on stimulus-organism-response,technology acceptance model,theory of planned be-havior and technology-organization-environment frameworks,and empirical research was conducted u-sing structural equation model to reveal the influencing factors and mechanisms of employees'BIM willingness in engineering cost consulting enterprises.The results show that technical factors,organi-zational factors and environmental factors have significant positive effects on perceived ease of use;in which,both of the last two items have significant positive effects on perceived usefulness and percep-tual behavior control;perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,perceived behavior control,be-havioral attitude as well as subjective norms have significant positive effects on usage willingness.The results provide decision-making basis for engineering cost consulting enterprises to effectively promote BIM technology and improve their core competitiveness.关键词
