Abstract

Based on Guangxi Nanning Silver Light Interchange Project,this paper adopts a combined method of numerical simulation analysis and construction measurement analysis to study the impact of pile foundation construction on the horizontal displacement of soil around the piles and the location of subway tunnel.Numerical simulation uses MIDAS GTS NX software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of pile-soil-tunnel interaction,and changes the depth of steel casing follow-up under different pile-tunnel horizontal clearances to study the impact of steel casing bored piles on the neighboring subway tunnel.The soil displacement and subway deformation around the piles are moni-tored at different pile attempt distances and excavation depths,and the reliability of the numerical simulation results is verified by the measured data to evaluate the impact of steel casing bored piles on the safety of the neighboring subway tunnel.The results of the study show that the impact of pile foun-dation construction on the subway tunnels is inversely related to the horizontal clearance between the piles and the tunnels.When the bored pile construction process is used,the subway tunnel is mainly affected by vertical settlement,and the horizontal displacement is small.Within about 3 times the pile diameter from the center of the pile,the subway tunnel is more affected;outside about 5 times the pile diameter from the pile center,the subway tunnel is less affected.When the horizontal distance between the pile and tunnel is less than or equal to 3 times the pile diameter,the steel casing should be followed up to the bottom of the pile foundation;when the horizontal distance between the pile and tunnel is greater than or equal to 5 times the pile diameter,the steel casing should be followed up to the bottom of the subway tunnel.The numerical simulation results are in line with the trend of the actual construc-tion data,and the results are of practical significance for optimizing the construction process of steel casing bored piles and obtaining reasonable parameters of the depth of the steel casing follow-up.
