土壤碳氮养分的转化对不同腐熟有机肥添加的响应
The response of soil carbon and nitrogen nutrient transformation to the addition of different decomposed organic fertilizers

Abstract
The effects of different maturity organic fertilizers on the chemical and biological properties of saline soil were revealed by different dosage experiments of decomposed and semi-decomposed organic fertilizers,so as to provide technical basis for the application of organic fertilizers in saline soil.The pot culture method(without planting crops)was used in the experiment.The decomposed and semi-decomposed organic fertilizers were set at three levels of low(8.50 g/kg),medium(16.99 g/kg)and high(25.49 g/kg),and no fertilization treatment was used as the control.Through a 180-day cultivation experiment and multi-time point sampling,the dynamic changes of carbon and nitrogen nutrients in saline soil under the application of organic fertilizer were systematically studied.The results showed that:(1)Decomposed organic fertilizer increased soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments at high application rate.(2)Semi-decomposing organic fertilizer improved the activities of urease andβ-glucosidase in saline soil,which were 136.4%—378.7%and 49.5%—191.8%higher than those of the control,respectively.(3)The application of organic fertilizer significantly increased the content of microbial biomass carbon in saline soil.The semi-decomposed organic fertilizer increased by 103.3%—190.0%,and the decomposed organic fertilizer increased by 131.8%—246.7%.(4)The interaction between maturity and application rate had a significant effect on soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content,but had no significant effect on urease,β-glucosidase,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen.Under the condition of a growing season simulation experiment without plant cultivation,semi-decomposing organic fertilizer was more conducive to improving the activities of urease and β-glucosidase in saline soil.Decomposed organic fertilizer was more conducive to improving soil nutrient content,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content.The difference between decomposed and semi-decomposed organic fertilizers was more significant with the increase of dosage.关键词
