Modern vocational education concepts empowering talent cultivation in medical interdisciplinary fields:logic,paths and safeguards

Abstract
Driven by both the"Healthy China"strategy and the development of"New Medicine",the emerging comprehensive health industry increasingly demands interdisciplinary talents capable of integrating medicine with engineering,medicine with management,and medicine with humanities.However,the traditional medical education model struggles to meet the developmental requirements of this industrial convergence.The conceptual system of modern vocational education,centered on the integration of industry and education,with practical education as its path and collaborative development as its support,holds deep value alignment with the cultivation of talents in medical interdisciplinary fields.Focusing on the latest development trends of vocational education,this paper systematically elucidates the logic and paths through which modern vocational education concepts empower talent cultivation in medical interdisciplinary fields,providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for training the interdisciplinary talents that meet the development needs of the health industry.关键词
