地方医学院校养老服务管理专业"2+2"培养模式实践
Practice of the"2+2"talent cultivation model for the Elderly Care Service Management major in a local medical college

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the"2+2"talent cultivation model for the Elderly Care Service Management major.Methods:A total of 53 students from grade 2022 majoring in Elderly Care Service Management at a local medical college were selected and divided into the"3+1"traditional model group(n=37)and the"2+2"reform model group(n=16).Differences between the two groups in terms of knowledge transfer ability,comprehensive competency,and vocational adaptability were compared through questionnaires,competition results,teacher evaluations,and graduate follow-ups.Results:The award rate of the"2+2"group was significantly higher than that of the"3+1"group in the First National Elderly Ability Assessment Competition(P<0.05).Scores in professional knowledge,practical skills,and professional ethics in the"2+2"group were also higher than those in the"3+1"group(P<0.05).Teachers provided positive evaluations regarding the performance of students in the"2+2"group in terms of professional knowledge,practical skills,and professional ethics.The overall satisfaction rate of students in the"2+2"group with this training model was 93.75%(15/16).Conclusions:The professional competence and industry adaptability of students under the"2+2"training model are higher than those under the"3+1"training model.This model provides a feasible implementation path for cultivating talent in elderly services.关键词
