Abstract
The project duration directly influences cost control,resource allocation,and risk manage-ment in the process of modern project management.Aiming at the inherent drawbacks in traditional project management,such as schedule redundancy and low resource efficiency,the critical chain method optimizes the critical path method(CPM)based on project logical relationship and buffer mechanism.This research focuses on the resource-constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP).With the goal of minimizing the project duration,a critical chain scheduling model integrating resource constraints and uncertainty analysis is established.Firstly,an improved heuristic algorithm is employed to dynamically resolve resource conflicts,and then the information entropy theory is intro-duced to quantify the uncertainty of the project duration.A dual-buffer mechanism,consisting of a project buffer and feeding buffer,is constructed through the entropy values of activity duration.Final-ly,the effectiveness of the model is probabilistically verified using Monte Carlo simulation technique.The constructed model is tailored to general complex engineering environments,offering a solution for project schedule management that combines theoretical rigor with practical feasibility.关键词
