基于诺丁斯关怀教育理论的亲情式护理模式在学龄期Tourette综合征患儿中的应用
Application of the family-like nursing model based on Noddings'caring theory in school-aged children with Tourette syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the family-like nursing model based on Noddings'caring theory in school-aged children with Tourette syndrome(TS).Methods:Sixty school-aged children with TS admitted to our hospital from Jan to Dec 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received the family-like nursing model based on Noddings'caring theory in addition to the routine nursing care.The nursing effectiveness(total effective rate),clinical symptoms[Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(Y-BOCS),Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(YGTSS),and Swanson,Nolan,and Pelham Rating Scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)],intelligence level[Chinese version of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(C-WISC)],self-awareness[Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale(PHCCS)],quality of life[Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ)]scores,and family satisfaction with the nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of YGTSS,Y-BOCS and SNAP-Ⅳ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of C-WISC,PHCCS and ISLQ were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of family members with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The family-like nursing model based on Noddings'caring theory can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of school-age TS children.It may enhance their intelligence level and self-awareness through model demonstration,caring dialogue and positive confirmation,thereby significantly improving their quality of life and family satisfaction.关键词
