不同浓度专用微生物肥对连作辣椒根际土壤养分、酶活性及菌群数量的影响
Effects of different concentrations of specialized microbial fertilizer on the nutrients,enzyme activities and microbial populations in the rhizosphere soil of continuous cropping pepper

Abstract
In order to study the effects of different concentrations of microbial fertilizer on the physical and chemical properties of soil and yield of continuous cropping pepper,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of microbial fertilizer on the growth of continuous cropping pepper,soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities and microbial quantity.The results showed that,compared with CK,microbial fertilizer significantly increased the soil pH value and nutrient content under continuous cropping soil of pepper,and the effect of high concentration group was more significant than that of low concentration group.The soil organic matter,carbon content and carbon supply of base fertilizer+3.5%microbial fertilizer(F4)were the highest,increasing by 14.96%,14.98%and 14.99%(P<0.05)compared with CK.The pH values of base fertilizer 3.0%microbial fertilizer(F3)and F4 treatments were 6.82 and 6.90,respectively.The alkaline nitrogen and available phosphorus of F3 treatment were the highest,increasing by 39.34%and 12.58%(P<0.05),respectively,compared CK.The available potassium content of F3 and F4 treatments increased by 23.79%and 27.30%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with CK.The total phosphorus content decreased,with F4 treatment being the lowest at 0.56 g/kg.The enzyme of F3 and F4 treatments were significantly higher than other treatments,with sucrose enzyme,urease,phosphatase,and hydrogen peroxide enzyme reaching 13.48,1.56,2.18 and 5.53 mg/(g·h),respectively,which were significantly increased by 41.45%,67.74%,37.11%and 35.54%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with CK.The fungal quantity of F3 and F4 treatments were significantly reduced by 62.36%and 44.50%compared with CK,while the bacterial quantity increased significantly by 45.90%and 43.44%,and the actinomycete quantity increased significantly by 89.90%and 76.77%,respectively,compared with CK(P<0.05).The yield of pepper treated with microbial fertilizer was significantly higher than that of CK,with F3 and F4 treatments having the highest yields,increasing by 23.53%(P<0.05),compared with CK.The sugar content of F3 and F4 treatments was 28.29%and 27.50%higher than that of CK(P<0.05),respectively,and the acid content decreased,with the lowest value being 2.33%.The soluble solid content was significantly higher than that of CK,increasing by 11.90%-47.22%.The Vitaminc content of the microbial fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than that of CK,increasing by 12.78%—31.03%(P<0.05).The pH value was significantly negatively correlated with the activity of sucrose enzyme,and the phosphorus content was significantly negatively correlated with the activity of phosphatase and yield.Alkaline nitrogen,available phosphoru,and available potassium were significantly or significantly positively correlated with sucrose enzyme,urease,and phosphatase.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the treatment of F3 had the best promoting effect on the yield of continuous cropping pepper and soil nutrients.关键词
