Zhao Mingjun's Experience on Treating Post-PCI Anxiety in Coronary Heart Disease Based on"All Kinds of Diseases with Restlessness and Mania are Exclusively Caused by Fire"

Abstract
Anxiety is a common complication in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and the condition is prone to recurrence.Currently,the treatment options are limited.In traditional Chinese medicine,post-PCI anxiety in coronary heart disease is categorized as a concurrent condition involving"chest discomfort""melancholia"and"Baihe disease",and its core pathogenesis lies in pathogenic factors transforming into fire and disturbing the mind.Based on"all kinds of diseases with restlessness and mania are exclusively caused by fire",professor Zhao Mingjun summarizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment of post-PCI anxiety in coronary heart disease,and points out that its pathogenesis include liver Qi stagnation and failure to ascend,internal fire arising from endogenous heat;deficiency of heart Qi,with blood stasis generating internal fire;spleen deficiency with phlegm accumulation,transforming into fire due to stagnation.On this basis,he establishes the therapeutic principles of soothing the liver and tranquilizing the heart,relieving stagnation and purging fire;tonifying Qi and activating blood circulation,resolving stasis and reducing fire;invigorating the spleen and eliminating phlegm,unblocking collaterals and purging fire,and formulates Changluo Tiaogan Dinghun decoction,Yiqi Tongluo Tiaoxin decoction,Huazhuo Changluo Anshen decoction.This therapeutic approach is expected to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of post-PCI anxiety in coronary heart disease.关键词
