Effects of different actinomycetes agent on soil nutrients,enzyme activity and microbial quantity of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the effects of different actinomycetes agent on soil nutrient content,enzyme activity and microbial quantity of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li,and to provide reference for improving the yield of Fritillaria taipaiensis and the development of bacterial fertilizer in the process of artificial cultivation.Taking the soil of Fritillaria taipaiensis inoculated with different actinomycetes agent as the research object,the effects of different actinomycetes agent on soil nutrient content,enzyme activity and microbial quantity were evaluated by pot inoculation test and data analysis.Results showed that,compared with CK group,actinomycetes agent increased the soil nutrient content,enzyme activity and total microbial biomass of Fritillaria taipaiensis.The specific performance was as follows:after inoculation of actinomycetes agent,the soil pH was basically not affected,and the contents of organic matter,available phosphorus,available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen increased;actinomycetes were dominant in soil microbial composition,followed by the number of bacteria,and the number of fungi decreased.The activity of soil invertase and phosphatase increased greatly,and the activity of catalase increased slightly.At the same time,the inoculation of actinomycetes agent increased the ratio of bacteria/fungi,reduced the ratio of bacteria/actinomycetes and ratio of fungi/actinomycetes,improved the soil microenvironment of Fritillaria taipaiensis.In addition,the results of correlation analysis between indicators showed that there was a significant positive correlation between soil nutrient indicators and enzyme activity and microbial quantity indicators,especially between sucrase and acid phosphatase,neutral phosphatase and actinomycetes(r=0.800,r=0.804,r=0.849,respectively,P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between available phosphorus and actinomycetes(r=0.720,P<0.01).In conclusion,inoculation of actinomycetes agent affected the soil nutrient content,enzyme activity and microbial quantity of Fritillaria taipaiensis to varying degrees,and had a positive effect on improving soil structure and soil fertility.Among them,S5 treatment group inoculated with Streptomyces lavendulae and Streptomyces zaomyceticus showed the best effect,which provided theoretical and practical basis for large-scale promotion of field cultivation of Fritillaria taipaiensis.关键词
