复合菌剂浓度对高寒牧区不同品种牧草青贮品质的影响
Effect of Compound Microbial Inoculant Concentration on Silage Quality of Different Forage Grass Varieties in Alpine Pastoral Areas

Abstract
To explore the effect of adding compound microbial inoculants with different concentrations on the silage quality of different gramineous forages,a two-factor experiment was conducted to study the silage quality of rye(A1),oat(A2),and triticale(A3)forages when compound microbial inoculants(Pediococcus aci-dilactici+Lactobacillus plantarum+Lactobacillus buchneri)with concentrations of 0(B1),50(B2),100 μg/mL(B3)and 200 μg/mL(B4)were added respectively.The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of ether extract(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N),and dry matter digestibility(DMD)among different forage types(P<0.05),while extremely significant differences were observed in other indicators among different forage types(P<0.01).The concentration of the compound microbial inoculants significantly affected ADF content and DMD(P<0.05),and had a highly significant impact on pH and lactic acid(LA)content(P<0.01),while no significant effects were observed on other indicators(P>0.05).The interaction between forage types and the concentra-tion of the compound microbial inoculants extremely significantly influenced all other indica-tors of silage quality(P<0.01).The results of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation(TOPSIS)indi-cated that triticale had the best fermentation qual-ity when 200 μg/mL compound microbial inocu-lant(B4)was added.In conclusion,triticale should be preferred for silage preparation in the alpine pastoral areas of Gannan,and adding 200 μg/mL compound microbial inoculant is more conducive to improving silage quality.关键词
