摘要

Abstract

As the advances of renewable energy integration,the intermittent and uncertain generation of wind farms has become a critical factor in transient stability constrained optimal power flow(TSCOPF).A model of TSCOPF that considers the uncertainty of wind power output is proposed and the solution method is provide to determine the optimal control measures in this paper.Initially,the kalman filter(KF)and unscented transformation(UT)are adopted to estimate the distribution of the transient stability margin(TSM)in the system and the uncertainty impact of wind power output on TSM is accounted for.Next,an optimization model of TSCOPF focused on minimizing the costs of load shedding control is constructed and optimized under different transient stability confidence levels.Moreover,a sensitivity-based approach is employed to transform the problem of nonlinear dynamic optimization with uncertain variables into an problem of iterative solvable linear programming.Finally,the proposed decision-making method is applied to an improved IEEE 39-bus system to verify the feasibility.
