Abstract

A prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete composite arch-shaped open cut structure is proposed to address the slope rockfall protection needs of mountain highway tunnels.The numerical simulation analysis method is employed,utilizing the fi-nite element software ABAQUS,to investigate the deformation and stress characteristics of the new open tunnel structure under permanent load combination conditions.The research findings indicate that the maximum stress in the corrugated steel is sig-nificantly lower than the material yield stress of Q235 steel.In the corrugated steel-concrete structure,the corrugated steel ef-fectively reduces the structural deformation of the concrete arch ring,achieving a displacement reduction of approximately 83%.
