摘要

Abstract

The continuous rigid-frame main bridge of the Weihe Grand Bridge is taken as an example.Using MIDAS and AN-SYS finite element analysis software,systematic modeling and simulation analysis are conducted on key aspects such as the main girder structure design,traction force calculation and rotation weighing.Focus is placed on conducting refined calcu-lations for the internal force distribution of the bridge structure,the stability of the turntable and the bearing capacity of the support legs.Based on the calculation results,a comprehensive structural safety evaluation is performed for the entire rota-tion construction process.The research results show that the structural strength,crack resistance,deflection and stress levels of the bridge all meet the design requirements,with the stress distribution of concrete and steel plates remaining within safe thresholds.All critical stress indicators(such as bending moment and shear force)of the rotatable structure are controlled within the design allowable ranges.The bearing capacity of the support legs and the strength of the steel strands both comply with the design requirements,indicating sufficient overall structural safety margins.The research results can provide reference for similar bridge engineering.
