Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of mirror neuron action observation and imitation therapy based on virtual reality technology on the language function of patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke.Methods A total of 106 patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke in our hospital from April 2022 to Sep-tember 2024 were selected as the research subjects and grouped by the random number table method.In the control group,53 cases were given conventional language function rehabilitation training,while in the observa-tion group,53 cases received mirror neuron action observation therapy based on virtual reality technology.Language function,aphasia severity,and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results After the training,the scores of spontaneous speech in the observation group were(14.38±2.35)points,auditory comprehension was(151.28±17.35)points,repetition was(81.35±9.52)points,naming was(78.83±8.90)points,and the total score of the Western Aphasia Battery was(325.84±49.25)points.All were higher than those of the control group[(11.62±1.70)points,(137.23±13.86)points,(75.18±8.87)points,(71.15±8.27)points,(295.18±42.82)points].The differences were statistically significant(t=6.928,4.642,3.452,4.602,3.420,P<0.001).After the training,the severity of aphasia in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.164,P=0.002).After the training,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was(3.62±0.87)points,and the score of the Modified Rankin Scale was(0.81±0.19)points,both of which were lower than those in the control group[(5.15±1.19)points,(1.25±0.36)points].The differ-ences were statistically significant(t=7.556,7.869,P<0.001).Conclusion Mirror neuron action observa-tion and imitation therapy based on virtual reality technology combined with conventional language rehabilita-tion training can effectively improve the language function of patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke,re-duce the severity of aphasia,and improve neurological function.关键词
