情感资源的识别、运用与再生产:基于广东省G镇乡村情感治理的实践考察
Identification,Utilization,and Reproduction of Emotional Resources:An Empirical Study on Rural Emotional Governance in G Town of Guangdong Province

Abstract
Emotional governance,as an emerging model of grassroots governance,is regarded as an effective approach to remedy the"temperature deficit"inherent in institutional and technocratic governance.However,in practice,emotional governance frequently over-relies on mobilization strategy,leading to challenges related to sustainability and the risk of emotional exhaustion.The case study in G Town,Jiaoling County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province suggests that the iden-tification of emotional resources depends on the institutional transformation of village acquaintance networks and indigenous cultural traditions,enabling the conversion of implicit emotional bonds in-to mobilizable governance capital.The"emotion-reason-law"governance practice,which involves emotional arousal,communication,and coordination,and the reproduction mechanism,which through institutional embedding,value consensus,and cultural inheritance,making the routiniza-tion and normalization of emotional governance come true.In conclusion,this emotional resource governance model provides crucial lessons for urban communities,grassroots managers should shift their focus from mere emotional mobilization to the reshaping and reproduction of emotional re-sources.关键词
