Abstract
This study aims to systematically explore the semantic transformation of traditional auspicious symbols in Chinese ceramic decorative patterns in the contemporary social and cultural context.Under the impact of globalization,consumer-ism,and modern design trends,the relationship between the signifier and signified of these traditional symbols is undergo-ing profound changes.This paper first reviews the historical origin,core motifs,and traditional semantic construction mode of ceramic auspicious symbols,and then analyzes the contemporary driving forces for semantic transformation,including globalization,aesthetic diversification,and technological innovation.On this basis,a comprehensive framework integrating semiotics,cultural adaptation theory,and design thinking is constructed,and four main paths of semantic transformation are summarized.The study holds that this transformation is not a dissolution of meaning,but rather a complex process of cultural renegotiation and value reconstruction.关键词
