Introduction of YOU Zhaoling's Clinical Experience in Applying Astringent Herbs for Female Reproductive System Diseases

Abstract
Professor YOU Zhaoling accurately determines the treatment principles based on syndrome differentiation during clinical practice.For female reproductive system diseases,including polycystic ovary syndrome,uterine fibroids,and uterine niche,she skillfully employs lotus-derived herbs,charred herbs,and other astringent herbs with effects of strengthening the kidney to arrest emission,astringing to arrest discharge,and tranquilizing and astringing.This approach not only achieves the effects of consolidating lesions and hemostasis but also has the auxiliary effect on removing accumulations and eliminating masses.Over long-term clinical practice,it has achieved favorable clinical outcomes.关键词
