The concept connotation,formation and impact mechanism of knowledge disruption

Abstract
In the context of the swift update and iteration of novel technologies like artificial intelligence and the continuously evolving market environment,the knowledge of organizations and individuals is experiencing an unprecedented impact.The question of how organizational employees can leverage knowledge management to transform the crisis into an opportunity and foster innovation within a turbulent environment has emerged as a pivotal topic in management research.This study will adopt the methodologies of grounded theory,text analysis,questionnaire surveys,and longitudinal tracking to carry out three studies centered around"individual knowledge disruption in turbulent environment".Firstly,relying on the dynamic and boundary characteristics of knowledge management,clarify the conceptual essence and dimension classifications of knowledge disruption and develop corresponding measurement tools.Second,uncover the formation mechanism of employee knowledge disruption in a turbulent environment.Finally,grounded in the social self-preservation theory and implicit theory,investigate the impact mechanism and the resulting effects of individual knowledge disruption from the perspectives of self-enhancement and self-verification.The findings of this study will augment the theoretical depth of individual knowledge management and offer practical guidance for employees to effectively address knowledge disruption in turbulent environments.关键词
