Implementation Plan for Pilot Project in Advance of Returning Embankment to Lake in Zhushan Embankment of Taihu Lakein Yixing City

Abstract
Located in the west of Zhushan Lake of Taihu Lake,Yixing Zhushan Embankment is one of the reclamation areas along the coast of Taihu Lake.It was built in the early 1970s and covers an area of about 4.2 km2.In order to restore the flood regulation and storage capacity of Taihu Lake as much as possible,and take into account the needs of Taihu Lake for water environment improvement,water ecological restoration,etc.,it is necessary to carry out the work of returning the polder to the lake in Zhushan Embankment of Taihu Lake.Zhushan Embankment has returned 3174 acres of land to the lake.Based on the analysis of the current problems in Zhushan Embankment,this paper takes the pilot project as an example to study the implementation plan from the aspects of reclamation area clearance elevation,investigation of pond bottom silt pollution,dredging scale,and dredging measures.关键词
