Abstract
Against the macro backdrop of the continuous deepening of the maritime power strategy,the strong guidance of the goals of emission peak and carbon neutrality,and the vigorous drive of the"blue granary"policy,the fields of new energy power generation such as offshore wind power and PV power generation,as well as the marine ranching industries,are embracing extremely broad expansion space and a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunity.But rapid development has also brought about conflicts and contradictions between industries,how to achieve the in-depth integration of new energy and marine ranching industry is the core point in shaping the pattern of multi-energy complementarity at sea and local consumption of electricity.This paper first introduces the development and evolution of 3D marine usage.Secondly,a comprehensive examination is conducted on the cutting-edge trends and technological directions of wind-fishery integration development both domestically and internationally,elucidating the development status and future trends of global wind-fishery integration.Then,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the inevitability and urgency of the development of wind-fishery integration in China,systematically sorting out the development status of wind-fishery integration in China from four aspects:urgent development needs,application practice cases,development concepts and models,and current technological challenges.Finally,prospects are given for the innovative model and future development trend of the wind-fishery integration in China.The wind-fishery integration development has become an important direction for the future development and utilization of marine resources,containing considerable development potential.It provides innovative ideas and solutions for deepening the development of marine resources,achieving complementary advantages between offshore wind power and marine ranching,promoting the organic integration of business models,and effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the deep-sea aquaculture industry.And the effective reduction of offshore wind power costs and significant improvement in economic benefits,thereby shaping a new model for diversified ocean development.The research results can provide technological support for the high-quality development of China's offshore wind power and marine ranching industries,and promote the optimization and upgrading of China's energy structure.关键词
