Abstract

The objective situation of mountain PV power stations is that there is a shortage of land resources for PV field construction and the construction cost of flexible PV bracket schemes is relatively high.Therefore,researchers have proposed a new PV module layout scheme for fixed PV brackets,which is to arrange with layout scheme of PV module installation tilt angle based on slope inclination.According to relevant information,when calculating the structure of PV brackets,the maximum variation in the wind load shape coefficient value can exceed 50%.Based on this,this paper combines an engineering example of a mountain PV power station to explore the value of the wind load shape coefficient of PV brackets under the layout scheme of PV module installation tilt angle based on slope inclination.Firstly,the influence of the wind load shape coefficient value on the wind load standard value calculation results is analyzed.Then,the influence of the wind load shape coefficient value on the calculation results of PV bracket structures is discussed.Finally,an optimization idea for the wind load shape coefficient value of PV brackets is proposed.The research results show that:1)Compared with the optimal installation tilt angle arrangement scheme for PV modules,when the PV modules are arranged with layout scheme of installation tilt angle based on slope inclination,the maximum difference in wind load standard values of PV brackets in this PV power station can reach 30%,resulting in the maximum difference in force of the PV bracket components can reach 76.91%,and the maximum difference in support reaction force can reach 90.32%.It can be seen that the wind load shape coefficient value has a significant impact on the calculation of the PV bracket structure and its foundation.2)When the PV modules are arranged with layout scheme of installation tilt angle based on slope inclination,they are parallel to the ground of the mountain.The optimized wind load shape coefficient on the back of the PV bracket is reduced to-0.95,which can reduce the stress on some components of the PV bracket structure and the support reaction force.Therefore,by adjusting the value of the wind load shape coefficient on the back of the PV bracket,the PV bracket structure can be optimized to a certain extent.The research results can provide reference for the structural design of PV brackets in similar projects in the future.
