摘要
Abstract
Microspheres,as a novel drug delivery system for the treatment of psychiatric disorders,have become a research focus of broad interest in the medical community.This review summarizes domes-tic and international literature on the application of long-acting microsphere-based drug delivery sys-tems for the treatment and monitoring of psychiatric disorders,including schizophrenia,depression,Alzheimer's disease,bipolar affective disorder,and epilepsy.This review also presents considerations regarding the advantages and limitations of microspheres in the application to psychiatric disorders,with the aim of providing a reference for the research and development as well as clinical translation of long-acting microsphere-based drug delivery systems for psychiatric disorders.关键词
