学校内部结构变迁的组织学审视:以徐州某农村小学为例
An Organizational Perspective on Internal Structural Changes in Schools:A Case Study of a Rural Primary School in Xuzhou

Abstract
The effective functioning of an organization depends on the scientific rationality and reasonableness of its internal structural design and operational mechanisms-a principle that also applies to school organizations.In recent years,driven by policies such as adjusting school distribution and promoting balanced,high-quality compulsory education,the internal organizational structure of rural primary schools has undergone profound transformation.This paper focuses on a rural primary school in Xuzhou of Jiangsu Province,examining the evolution of its organizational structure over the past 50 years from an organizational theory perspective,in order to reveal the developmental trajectory and core characteristics of rural primary school's organizational structures.The findings indicate that the school's organizational structure is clearly trending towards hierarchical,departmentalized and bureaucratic forms,with management and decision-making becoming increasingly centralized,standardized and proceduralized.Consequently,the attributes of the school as a loosely coupled professional organization have continuously weakened.While these structural changes have supported the expansion of the school and the standardization of management,they have also introduced challenges such as intensified bureaucracy and diminished academic autonomy.The impact of these changes on the quality of education in rural primary schools requires further empirical investigation.关键词
