补肾益髓方联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗缓解期视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病伴疼痛患者疗效观察
Efficacy of decoction for tonifying kidney,replenishing marrow combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on pain in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders in remission

Abstract
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of decoction for tonifying kidney,replenishing marrow com-bined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on pain in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disor-ders(NMOSD)in remission.Methods A prospective,randomized,parallel-controlled study was conducted to collect 40 patients with NMOSD in remission,complicating pain,and diagnosed with taditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation as syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis,admitted to the Depart-ment of TCM of Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.They were randomly assigned(1∶1)to the observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with decoction for tonifying kidney,replenishing marrow combined with rTMS,while the control group was treated with decoction for tonifying kidney,replenishing marrow combined with sham stimulation of rTMS,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks of treatment,the pain relief rates of the patient in the two groups were calculated,the difference values of the scores of these scales[visual analogue scale(VAS),expanded disability status scale(EDSS),multiple sclerosis impact scale(MSIS-29),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)]between 2 weeks of treatment and baseline,and between 2 weeks after treatment and baseline of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The analysis based on the full analysis set and per-protocol set(18 cases in the observation group,17 cases in the control group)showed that after 2 weeks of treatment,the pain relief rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference values of the VAS scores and MSIS-29 scores between 2 weeks of treatment and baseline,and between 2 weeks after treatment and baseline of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Decoction for tonifying kidney,replenishing marrow combined with rTMS can significantly alleviate pain and improve the quality of life in patients with NMOSD in remission.关键词
