The Pathway from Resource Aggregation to Capability Integration for the Smart Education of China Platform

Abstract
As China's education becomes increasingly internationalized and intelligent,learners from diverse backgrounds present more varied educational needs.Integrating multi-source resources and building a large-scale personalized learning environ-ment has become a strategic goal of Smart Education of China platform.After largely completing the integration of educational re-sources across levels and types,the platform has begun exploring intelligent mining and reorganization of existing resources.In partic-ular,in the next generation of artificial intelligence represented by embodied perception and spatial computing,the continuous enrich-ment of specialized intelligent agents,analytical tools,and domain data packages will create major opportunities for the platform to in-corporate external professional tools and achieve capability integration,thereby supporting ubiquitous,large-scale,and personalized future classrooms.A key technical pathway for capability integration is to establish a protocol that enables interoperability between the platform and external capability services.The emerging Model Context Protocol(MCP)provides a feasible solution for this purpose.From three perspectives—large-scale personalized learning for students,intelligent authoring tool to support teachers,and multi-scale data governance to empower administrators—this study elaborates on the urgency of iterative platform development in the era of em-bodied intelligence.Building on MCP's technical features,the study further analyzes its potential for educational applications,practi-cal pathways for integration into the platform,and representative use cases.The ultimate aim is to promote the platform's evolution to-ward an intelligent application ecosystem characterized by efficient data collaboration and diversified functions,and to foster an open,co-creative,and collaborative educational ecosystem.关键词
