Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different time windows of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on brain energy metabolism and hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From June 2021 to May 2024,80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Tianjin PKUCare CNOOC Hospital were selected as the research objects.Using the random number table method,the patients were assigned to control group and study group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen within 12 h of onset.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen within 3 days of onset.The effective rate of treatment,limb function,brain energy metabolism level(blood glucose,lactic acid,blood oxygen saturation),cerebral hemodynamic indexes[bilateral middle cerebral artery peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),mean blood flow velocity(Vm)and pulsatility index(PI)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the limb function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose and lactic acid in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PSV,EDV and Vm in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of PI were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy within 12 h of onset in patients with cerebral infarction is effective,which can improve their limb function and brain energy metabolism level,as well as improve the cerebral blood flow velocity.关键词
