Abstract
The promotion of no-reason return services is an important aspect of creating trustworthy consumption.This paper introduces the policy background and rules of no-reason return,analyzes the no-reason return in offline physical stores,and proposes standardization work for offline no-reason return services from the aspects of basic work and service processes,providing reference and guidance for carrying out no-reason return activities.关键词
