从GB/T 1182-2018辅助要素框格探究几何公差带的方向特征

摘要
Abstract
The directional characteristics of geometric tolerance zones and the directional tolerance zones have always been a confusing issue for personnel in the industry due to their similar wording.This paper deeply explores the conceptual differences between the two and analyzes their actual roles in geometric tolerance control.It further clarifies the differences in terminology between the two by examining the functions of the directional plane and direction element auxiliary grid in GB/T 1182-2018.Finally,it illustrates the significance of directional characteristics and the application of the auxiliary frame through two examples of conical sealing.The paper helps engineering and technical personnel to better understand the directional characteristics of geometric tolerances and accurately apply relevant standards.关键词
