摘要

Abstract

Objective To design and develop a multi-degree-of-freedom four-arm animal centrifuge for simulating the push-pull effect(PPE)and evaluating its physiological impacts.Methods The centrifuge consisted of a drive and support system,a four-arm rotating system,an animal loading platform,a control system,and a physiological monitoring system.Eight rabbits were subjected to two types of acceleration exposures:all animals first underwent+Gz exposure(+5 Gz for 20 s)as a control;after full physiological recovery,they were then exposed to PPE(-1 Gz for 10 s→+4 Gz for 20 s).Arterial blood pressure was monitored in real time using pressure sensors,and respiratory changes were recorded using tension sensors.Results PPE was successfully simulated in the rabbit model using this centrifuge.Compared with the+Gz exposure group,the PPE group showed a significantly greater decrease in mean arterial pressure at heart level(P<0.01).Both exposure modes caused a significant increase in respiratory rate(P<0.01).Conclusion A multi-degree-of-freedom four-arm animal centrifuge is successfully constructed,which can effectively simulate complex aviation acceleration environments.Using this device,the effects of PPE on cardiovascular and respiratory functions in rabbits are preliminarily revealed,providing an experimental basis and a technical platform for further investigation into physiological responses and injury mechanisms under high-G environments.
