新版电力工程水文地质勘测技术规程的修订与特点
The Revision and Key Features of the New Version of the Technical Code for Hydrogeological Investigation of Electric Power Engineering

Abstract
In response to the current status of hydrogeological investigation of electric power projects in China and the demands of ecological environmental protection,DL/T 5034-2023,Technical code for hydrogeological investigation of electric power engineering,has been systematically revised based on its 2006 version.This paper elucidates the necessity of the revision and analyzes the structural adjustments and core revisions in the 2023 version.The updated code expands from the original 7 chapters to 10 chapters,adding new chapters such as"General Requirements"and"Environmental Hydrogeological Investigation and Evaluation".It clarifies technical specifications for power generation projects,substation engineering,mine water drainage,dewatering engineering,and environmental hydrogeological investigation and evaluation.The revision emphasizes the application of numerical simulation,information technology,and dynamic monitoring systems,while integrating environmental protection and sustainable development principles.Also,the standard aligns with national and industry standards,which has significantly improved the scientific rigor,standardization,and technological advancement of hydrogeological investigation of electric power projects.The implementation of this standard will provide crucial technical support for ensuring the safe operation of power infrastructure and promoting green low-carbon development,bringing about positive economic,social,and environmental benefits.关键词
