Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of empathy nursing combined with neck postural training in the nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with empathy nursing combined with neck postural training.The neck range of motion(flexion to the healthy side,flexion to the affected side,rotation to the healthy side,rotation to the affected side,flexion and extension),mental status(SAS score,SDS score),hope level(positive attitude to the future and reality,positive action,maintaining close relationship with others)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the neck range of motion in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mental status scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hope level scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing combined with neck postural training has a definite application value in the nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,which can improve the neck range of motion and satisfaction of patients,improve their mental status and hope level,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
