Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Houpo Qiwu Decoction combined with neostig‐mine acupoint injection in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus(EPII).Methods A total of 60 patients with EPII admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rou‐tine symptomatic therapy(including gastrointestinal decompression,parenteral nutrition support,anti-infection treatment,fluid replacement,somatostatin administration,etc.).On this basis,the observation group was additionally given Houpo Qiwu Decoction combined with neostigmine acupoint injection.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,levels of inflammatory factors and intestinal barrier function were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resolution time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,disappearance time of nausea and vomiting,recovery time of bowel sounds,and time to first flatus in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi‐cant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statis‐tically significant difference in intestinal barrier function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the serum levels of D-lactic acid(D-LA),endotoxin(ET)and diamine oxidase(DAO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Houpo Qiwu Decoction combined with neostigmine acupoint injection exerts significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of EPII.It can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response and regulate intestinal barrier function in patients.关键词
