摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the correlation between serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)levels and the disease severity as well as alanine aminotransfer‐ase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in patients with coloproctological diseases,so as to provide objective reference indicators for clinical disease assessment and treatment guidance. Methods A total of 120 patients with coloproctological diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to July 2025 were selected as study participants.According to the disease severity, they were divided into the mild group(45 cases, including mild hemorrhoids and anal fissure),moderate group(40 cases, including moderate hemorrhoids, anal fistula and rectal prolapse)and severe group(35 cases, including severe hemorrhoids and colorectal cancer).Fasting elbow venous blood samples of all patients were collected on the second morning after admission.Serum ALT and AST levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and serum CEA and CA125 lev‐els were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Analysis of variance was used for comparison among multiple groups,LSD-t test was applied for pairwise comparison, and Pearson correlation analysis was adopted for correlation analy‐sis. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum CEA and CA125 levels among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of CEA[(5.23±1.56)ng/mL]and CA125[(25.34±8.56)U/mL]in the mild group were lower than those in the moderate and severe groups. The levels of CEA[(8.56±2.13)ng/mL]and CA125[(35.67±10.23)U/mL]in the moderate group were lower than those in the severe group[CEA:(15.23±3.21)ng/mL,CA125:(55.45±15.34)U/mL],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum ALT and AST levels among the three groups(P<0.001).The levels of ALT[(25.34±5.67)U/L]and AST[(28.45±6.78)U/L]in the mild group were lower than those in the moderate and severe groups. The levels of ALT[(35.67±8.23)U/L]and AST[(35.78±7.89)U/L]in the moderate group were lower than those in the severe group[ALT:(45.23±10.34)U/L,AST:(45.67±10.23)U/L],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pearson cor‐relation analysis showed that serum CEA and CA125 levels were positively correlated with disease severity(r=0.785,0.723,P<0.05),and also positively correlated with ALT and AST levels(CEA vs ALT:r=0.654;CEA vs AST:r=0.623;CA125 vs ALT:r=0.587;CA125 vs AST:r=0.556,all P<0.001).Conclusion Serum CEA and CA125 levels increase with the aggravation of coloproctological diseases, which can serve as effective reference indicators for evaluating disease severity.Meanwhile, the two indicators are sig‐nificantly positively correlated with liver function indicators of ALT and AST,suggesting that attention should be paid to the liver function status of patients during clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of individualized treatment plans and prognosis judgment.关键词
