Abstract
Objective To explore the predictive value of D-dimer,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)for active bleeding in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 80 UC patients with active bleeding admitted to our hospital from Janu‐ary 2020 to August 2025,who were assigned to the bleeding group.Another 80 UC patients without active bleeding during the same period were selected as the non-bleeding group. The clinical data, levels of D-dimer,LDH and FDP were compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of active bleeding in UC patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to evaluate the predictive value of D-dimer,LDH and FDP for active bleeding in UC patients. Results The white blood cell count(WBC),levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer,LDH and FDP in the bleeding group were significantly higher than those in the non-bleeding group(P<0.05).Mul‐tivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated levels of D-dimer,LDH and FDP were independent risk factors for active bleeding in UC patients(P<0.05).The areas under the ROC curves(AUC)of D-dimer,LDH,FDP alone and their combination in predicting active bleeding in UC patients were 0.867,0.751,0.786 and 0.913,respectively.The predictive efficacy of the combination was significantly higher than that of any single indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion D-dimer,LDH and FDP can serve as the potential indi‐cators for evaluating the occurrence of active bleeding in UC patients, and the combined detection of the three indicators has higher predictive efficacy for active bleeding.关键词
