芍药汤联合白头翁汤治疗湿热蕴结型放射性直肠炎的效果观察
Clinical Efficacy of Shaoyao Decoction Combined with Baitouweng Decoction in Treatment of Radiation Proctitis of Damp-Heat Accumulation Type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaoyao Decoction combined with Baitouweng Decoction in the treatment of patients with radiation proctitis of damp-heat accumulation type.Methods A total of 70 patients with radiation proctitis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were enrolled as study subjects.According to different treatment regimens,they were randomly divided into a con‐trol group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesala‐zine enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was given Shaoyao Decoction combined with Baitou‐weng Decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,Karnofsky Per‐formance Status(KPS)scores,and levels of inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,tenes‐mus,diarrhea and hematochezia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in KPS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Decoc‐tion combined with Baitouweng Decoction in the treatment of radiation proctitis of damp-heat accumulation type can alleviate patients' clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and achieve remarkable clini‐cal efficacy.关键词
