Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of endovascular intervention combined with intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Puyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled and randomly assigned by a random number table method to an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group received intravenous thrombolysis,while the experimental group additionally received endovascular intervention.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated 1 month after treatment.Cerebral hemodynamic parameters,including peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV),and mean velocity(MV),as well as scores on the modified Rankin Scale(mRS),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,PSV,EDV,and MV increased in both groups,and the values in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Scores on the mRS and NIHSS decreased in both groups,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).ADL scores increased in both groups,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Endovascular intervention combined with intravenous thrombolysis has good efficacy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.It can improve cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function,reduce the degree of disability,and enhance activities of daily living,with acceptable safety.关键词
