摘要

Abstract

'Nanzhong 105'is a new mid-late maturing table potato variety developed through sexual hybridization and selection,using'NS51-5'as the female parent and'DY14-4-13'as the male parent.Its growth period is about 92 days,with a plant height of 85 cm.The plant type is semi-erect,and branching is moderate.Tubers are oblong,with pale yellow skin and pale yellow flesh,smooth skin and shallow eyes.Average number of tubers per plant is 9.7,with uniform tubers,and short stolons.The marketable tuber percentage is 63.7%.The content of dry matter is 20.9%,starch 15.77 g/100 g,protein 2.84 g/100 g,vitamin C 98.4 mg/kg,and reducing sugar 0.14 g/100 g.In the 2014-2015 variety comparison trial,the yield of'Nanzhong 105'was 1 849 kg/667m2,representing a 6.0%increase compared to the control variety'Emalingshu 5'and a 1.1%decrease compared to the control variety'Mira'.Field trials indicate that its resistance to late blight is higher than those of the control varieties'Emalingshu 5'and'Mira',but it is slightly susceptible to mosaic disease and leafroll disease.It is suitable for planting in the spring cropping areas of high mountains and sub-high mountains in western and northern Hubei Province,such as Baokang,Gucheng,Yichang,and Enshi.
