Abstract
Objective To apply platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with autologous fat filling in facial rejuvenation and explore its cosmetic effect.Methods The clinical data of 126 female patients seeking facial rejuvenation treatment in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients treated with autologous fat grafting from December 2017 to June 2020 were set as the control group(n=63),and the patients treated with PRP combined with autologous fat grafting from July 2020 to December 2022 were set as the observation group(n=63).The patients were followed up for 6 months after operation.The curative effect,detection results of facial VISIA,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after surgery,response rate of treatment,score of skin status and treatment satisfaction were significantly higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Both PRP and autologous fat filling can significant improve facial depression and skin quality,and it is safe.It has a good clinical application prospect in the treatment of facial rejuvenation.关键词
