Advances in human adenovirus respiratory tract infections
摘要
Abstract
Human adenovirus(HAdV)is a pathogen characterized by complex pathogenesis,high transmissibility,and an abil-ity to infect multiple target organs.The numerous types of HAdV strains exhibit distinct tissue tropism,and lead to infections in di-verse organs such as the respiratory tract,eyes,and gastrointestinal system.This article reviews the epidemiology,etiology,pathogen-esis,clinical manifestations,antiviral therapies,and vaccine development related to respiratory human adenovirus infections,to pro-vide a reference for the control and management of HAdV infections.关键词
