城郊乡村旅游地生计资本对农户参与旅游意愿的组态效应研究
Structural Effect of Livelihood Capital on Rural Households'Willingness to Participate in Tourism in Suburban Rural Tourism

Abstract
Farmers'livelihood capital is a complex system involving the mutual transformation and substitution of multiple types of capital,and different types of capital combinations have a differentiated impact on farmers'choice of livelihood strategies.In this study,five tourist villages in the suburbs of Changsha were taken as the main case sites,and the configuration effect of calculated capital on farmers'willingness to participate in tourism was studied by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),and the following three conclusions were obtained:(1)In the process of tourism development,the change of farmers'livelihood capital can affect their participation behavior;(2)There is a configural effect on the influence of livelihood capital on farmers'willingness to participate in rural tourism,and it is difficult for a single livelihood capital to constitute a necessary condition,and there are three types of positive driving paths and two types of negative driving paths;(3)The configuration paths in the same direction are equivalent to each other and different types of livelihood capital constitute a substitution relationship,and there is an asymmetry of causality between the similar and different configuration paths.Based on the research findings,some suggestions were put forward to promote farmers'participation in tourism,such as carrying out farmers'skills training,strengthening rural entrepreneurship guidance,and implementing the effectiveness of tourism development.关键词
