Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect of Reading man flap and rhomboid flap in repairing head and face defects after skin tumor resection.Methods A total of 103 patients with head and face skin tumors who were treated in the hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment plans of flap repair,they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=53).The control group received rhomboid flap repair,and the observation group received Reading man flap repair.The flap repair effect,postoperative scar[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)],complications,emotional status[Body Image Scale(BIS),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)]and patient satisfaction were compared between both groups.Results After 7 days of repair,the total effective rate of flap repair in the observation group with 98.00％was higher than 86.79％in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the VSS scores in the observation group were lower at 1 month and 3 months after repair(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of complications in the observation group and the control group were 10.00％and 15.09％respectively(P＞0.05).The BIS score and GAD-7 score in the observation group were lower compared with those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.00％,which was higher than 81.13％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Reading man flap repair has significant efficacy in the postoperative flap repair treatment of patients with head and face skin tumors.Additionally,it can improve the postoperative scar degree and alleviate the negative emotions of patients,with high patient satisfaction.关键词
