数据赋能农业新质生产力形成的理论框架与实践逻辑
Theoretical Framework and Practical Logic of Data-enabled Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces Formation

Abstract
Agricultural new quality productive forces is an important embodiment of new quality productive forces in the agricultural field,and is a new driving force to promote the development of high-quality agriculture and rural digital economy.Based on Marx's productivity theory,this paper deduced the theoretical logic of the formation of agricultural new quality productive forces from the perspective of human factors,material factors and the combination of the both.Starting from the three-dimensional analysis framework of"man-material-combination of man and material",the analysis of data empowerment empowers"human elements"from improving farmers'labor status,changing the technical combination mode of agricultural labor,and enriching the social combination mode of agricultural labor.From improving the efficiency of traditional agricultural labor means,breeding new agricultural labor means,driving the upgrading of agricultural production level methods,creating land income and increasing opportunities to empower"material elements".From strengthening the divisibility of agricultural production factors,scientific allocation of production factors in both spatial and temporal dimensions,and promoting agricultural division of labor and cooperation,the"combination of man and thing"can be enabled.Guided by the function logic of data enabling the formation of agricultural new quality productive forces,the driving effect of data elements on the formation of agricultural new quality productive forces can be better brought into play.关键词
