中国粮食节约利用技术发展现状及未来展望
Development Status and Prospects of Grain Conservation and Utilization Technology in China
摘要
Abstract
To reduce grain losses means to increase production,and to reduce wastage means to increase income.Saving grain and reducing losses is equivalent to an"invisible fertile field"for increasing the effective supply of grain,and it should become an important focus for improving the level of food security.China's grain supply-demand relationship has long maintained a tight equilibrium.Promoting the grain conservation and utilization and developing the technology are important ways to reduce the loss and increase the production.This paper systematically examined current advances in grain conservation technologies across China,identifying persistent challenges including:core technology deficiencies,inadequate technological dissemination,insufficient standardization and regulatory compliance,critical loss-reduction equipment shortages,and poor integration of informational technologies throughout industrial chains.Through comprehensive analysis of technology demands,this paper looked forward to the main development directions of grain conservation and utilization technology in production,storage,transportation and processing,and proposed countermeasures such as strengthening the technological innovation,promoting in-depth integration of industry,university,research and application,increasing financial support,actively introducing social capital,accelerating the introduction of scientific and technological talents,and building and sharing big data platforms.关键词
