Achievements,Problems and Suggestions of Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN Countries

Abstract
With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA)and China's accession to the RCEP,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as Guangxi),as the front and window of opening up and cooperation to the ASEAN countries,firmly seizes the development opportunities of the Times under new situation,gives full play to its regional advantages,actively serves and integrates into the new international development pattern,and constantly improves the institutions and mechanisms of opening up and cooperation with ASEAN countries.It has played an important role in continuously promoting ASEAN countries opening-up and cooperation.Agriculture is a major direction of science and technology cooperation and exchange between Guangxi and ASEAN countries.In order to further deepen all-round cooperation in the field of agricultural science and technology and to accelerate Guangxi's"going global"strategy of agricultural science and technology,this paper first analyzed new situation of agricultural science and technology cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.Then,based on the analysis and summarization for the data from both field survey and face-to-face interview in Guangxi,research team deeply analyzed cooperation achievement and existing problems in agricultural science and technology cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN countries from different dimensions.Finally,some suggestions were presented to promote the agricultural science and technology cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN countries from the angles of perfecting project management mechanism,innovating cooperation mode,expanding cooperation fields,solving technical adaptability,and strengthening international personnel training.关键词
