福建地区猪肉源fosA7基因阳性沙门菌流行及耐药特征分析
Epidemiological and antimicrobial resistance characteristics analysis of fosA7-positive Salmonella from pork in Fujian Province

Abstract
This study investigated the epidemiological characteristics of the fosA7 gene in Salmonella isolated from pork in Fujian Province,to provide a theoretical foundation for controlling the dissemination of Salmonella antibiotic resistance.This study isolated 121 strains of Salmonella from pork in Fujian.Whole-genome sequencing technology was used to detect antimicrobial resistance genes,plas-mid types,serotypes,and multilocus sequence types(MLST).Additionally,the agar dilution method was used for antibiotic susceptibil-ity testing.A total of 32 strains(26.45%of the total isolates)were found to carry the fosfomycin resistance gene fosA7.Among the fosA7-positive Salmonella strains,27 antimicrobial resistance genes,2 serotypes,2 sequence types(STs),and 8 plasmid types were identified.The carriage rates of resistance genes were highest for the quinolone resistance gene qnrS1 and the phenicol resistance gene floR(78.13%,25/32).Salmonella Derby(93.75%,30/32)emerged as the dominant serotype,whereas ST40(93.75%,30/32)was the prevalent ST.Col-RNAI was the most prevalent plasmid(40.63%,13/32).Antibiotic susceptibility testing indicated that fosA7-positive Salmonella strains exhibited high resistance rates(exceeding 50%)to florfenicol,ampicillin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,and doxycycline.These findings indicate widespread prevalence of the fosA7 gene in Salmonella isolated from pork in Fujian Province.The MIC values of fosA7-positive strains against fosfomycin were higher than those of fosA7-negative strains.Additionally,high carriage rates of genes conferring resistance to quinolones and sulfonamides were observed,coupled with severe resistance to antimicrobials such as florfenicol and ampicillin.These findings suggest a need for enhanced monitoring and prevention and control measures for Salmonella.关键词
