苎麻提取液生物还原法制备纳米银及抑菌活性研究
Research on the Preparation of Nano-silver by Biological Reduction of Ramie Extract and Antibacterial Activity

Abstract
To address the drawbacks of traditional methods for preparing nano-silver,such as high cost and long processing time,the biological reduction method based on plant extracts has gradually become a hot topic in the synthesis of metal nanomaterials.In this study,the leaf extract of ramie variety"Qingsi zhu 1"and silver nitrate were used as raw materials to green-synthesize nano-silver materials.The characteristics were investigated,the synthesis conditions were optimized,and the antibacterial effect was explored.Nano-silver materials were synthesized by water bath heating.The absorbance of the synthesized nano-silver solution was used as an indicator to investigate the effects of five different factors,including the pH of the ramie extract,reaction time,AgNO3 concentration,volume of ramie extract,and reaction temperature,on the preparation of ramie nano-silver particles(Bn-AgNPs).The optimal synthesis conditions were screened.The physicochemical properties of ramie nano-silver particles were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray powder diffraction.The antibacterial effects of ramie nano-silver materials against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were tested by the inhibition zone method.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for Bn-AgNPs were a reaction solution pH of 9.00,a reaction temperature of 80℃,a reaction time of 2 hours,an AgNO3 concentration of 3 mmol/L,and a volume of ramie extract of 0.8 mL.Under these comprehensive conditions,the Bn-AgNPs were nearly spherical in shape,with an average particle size of 40.32 nm,uniform dispersion,and good stability,and had the best antibacterial effect against the two pathogenic bacteria.This study increases the feasibility of applying ramie extracts to the green synthesis of stable nano-silver materials.关键词
